Based
Polyimide Tape Residue Remover
Dynasolve GC5110 is a product designed to remove the
silicone adhesive residue left on circuit boards from the use of high
temperature polyimide film tapes.
These tapes are typically used in the manufacturing of printed circu=
it
boards (PCB) to protect areas of the PCB during wave solder or solder dip
process. When the tape is removed after exposure to these processes, adhesi=
ve
residue often remains on the PCB and requires removal. Dynasolve GC5110 effectively remov=
es
these tape residues and other oily contaminates from printed circuit boards=
and
rinses easily.

OPERATING RECOMMENDATIONS:
|
Spray or soaking |
Dynasolve GC5110 ma=
y be
used in pressure spray equipment.
Recommended application temperatures are between 20C and 40C. A minimum spray application time=
of 40
seconds should be observed. Spray
time may vary due to adhesive type and residue thickness. GC5110 can also be used in soak =
baths. Length of soak time should typic=
ally
be 3-7 minutes but may vary due to adhesive type and residue thickness. NOTE: Some tapes ma=
y leave
an excessive amount of residue that may require some light hand
scrubbing. |
|
Rinsing |
Spray or soak clean=
ing
should be followed by a minimum 1 minute de-ionized water rinse. De-ionized water is recomm=
ended
for best results. |
