May 22, 2006, Dynaloy welcomes Mrs. Karen
Shanafelt to the position of Controller. Mrs. Shanafelt has
worked in the field of accounting for 22 years including 14
years as part of the management team.
Mrs. Shanafelt has successfully supervised administrative
teams responsible for attending to all accounts receivable,
accounts payable, and monthly financial statement
preparation. In addition, Mrs. Shanafelt has taken on the
responsibility of assisting with human resources functions.
DynaloyTM LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of E&A Industries
which manufactures, sells, and services specialty chemicals
and personal care products.
